Tackling Challenges With Team Building

We have all attended long meetings where problems are hashed out but solutions are tough to come by. Murray’s team building events won’t solve all your organizational challenges, but it will build a higher level of collegiality, spirit and teamwork. In a unique blend of presentations and activities, your team will get inspiration, skills and action.

You and Murray will collaborate to divide your colleagues into several diverse teams. Then Murray will create and present three sets of challenges that each team will attempt to finish successfully - one requiring cognitive prowess, one requiring quick reactions and collaboration, and another requiring animated communication skills.

While each challenge is action oriented, none requires athletic skills or fitness. Critical thinking, creative problem solving, teamwork and laughter will be important! Our goals: build greater respect and understanding of each others’ talents; learn to communicate more efficiently; and interact with our colleagues in a context beyond our daily work routine. Goals are clear, focus is necessary and energy is high.
