But our global economy requires constant change, so we are being moved out of our comfort zone and we must be agile, fluid and turn-on-a-dime flexible!

Leadership is critical to morale, spirit and teamwork in times of change. As our baby boomers work their way toward retirement and young, new colleagues fill our payrolls, we have a terrific opportunity for innovation, teamwork, mentoring and sharing.
