In a world of change, most of our colleagues like stability and consistency. They often work in a rhythmical environment... nearly every day the same schedule, even going to the bathroom! But our global economy requires constant change, so they are being moved out of their comfort zone and we must both challenge and support them.

Leadership is critical to morale, spirit and teamwork in times of change. As our baby boomers work their way toward retirement and young, new colleagues fill our payrolls, we have a terrific opportunity for innovation, teamwork, mentoring and sharing.
