PRESENTATIONS FOR STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Murray’s presentations for “all hands” meetings, sales retreats and customer service trainings are inspirational, fun and precise.  They focus on attitude and lifestyle and the clear connection to quality of work performance.

Murray will customize the presentation, integrating his message with your goals and incorporating key elements from his signature topics –change, balance and performance.

“Thank you for your spectacular keynote! Change is challenging for our staff, but you turned attitudes around and we heard nothing but superior accolades for days!”

PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE
Quality In Our Work, Balance In Our Lives

We can’t separate who we are from how we work.  Murray’s presentation for “all hands” is designed to blend professional skills with a personal message about lifestyle and it’s impact on performance.

There is rarely a “normal” day except that most of us normally work under pressure. Murray will zero in on how to push ourselves to ensure a passionate focus on our work; to keep our lives in balance so we can perform well under pressure day in, day out; to use the 10/90 Rule to keep our focus on performance; and to spread optimism and enthusiasm to our colleagues and customers.  Our attitude and the quality of our work will hinge on our lifestyle, because “our lives come to work with us and leak out all day!” Murray’s presentation will help us hone our skills for balancing hard work with wellbeing, focus with fun, fatigue with rest and pressure with performance.

“We loved how you adapted highlights from our yearbook into your presentation to really focus on our people and company.  Thank you for making us laugh and teaching us how to welcome challenge, think creatively and keep our balance in times of change and stress.  My colleagues echo my accolades, this was one of the best yet and your program was paramount in setting the tone of the day.”

THE TROUBLE WITH THE FUTURE IS….
IT’S NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!
Quality In Our Work In Changing Times!

In a world of change, most of us like stability and consistency.  We often work in a most rhythmical environment… nearly every day the same schedule, even going to the bathroom!  But our global economy requires constant change, so we are being moved out of our comfort zone and we must be agile, fluid and turn-on-a-dime flexible!  We don’t have time to “cope” with change… we must be resourceful, innovative and adaptable.

What an exciting time to work here as we have a mix of baby boomers working their way toward retirement and young, new colleagues bringing a different kind of work ethic and commitment. Murray will explain why change is so difficult for many of us and why we must avoid the “Comfort Zone.”  He will teach his “LAVA LAMP” philosophy, help us prevent “PSYCHOSCLEROSIS” and “GROUP GRIPING” and humorously drive home the point that our optimism, adaptability and proactive mindset are critical skills in times of change.

“Outstanding!  Your messages were right on target with our objectives and it was really impressive the way you wove statements from our top executives in the morning into your presentation.  It made everything more relevant”

Murray limits his engagements to allow time to research each organization, zero in on their needs and create an incredibly personalized presentation.

“Murray, your message couldn't have been better tailored for our group of 1,200 staff.  The glowing feedback hasn’t stopped pouring in!  I think you'll be glad to know that while your humor was greatly appreciated, your message was also clearly communicated.  I've received several emails that end with "be safe out there" and witnessed many staff using your turn-it-around gesture.  Staff have called the morning "the best opening day ever."  Your energy, enthusiasm, and genuine positive attitude concerning all of our learners was a pleasure to share.
Thank you, from all of us!”
